1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the County Durham Health Authority (Change of Name) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st June 2000.
(2) In this Order—
“the Establishment Order” means the Health Authorities (England) Establishment Order 1996(1);
“the Authority” means the Health Authority established by article 2 of the Establishment Order for the area described in column (2) of the Schedule to that Order as the county of Durham.
