Operation11

The user of an installed system and the owner of a mobile system shall provide for any person operating the system adequate and suitable instructions for–
a
the safe operation of the system; and
b
the action to be taken in the event of any emergency.

The user of a pressure system shall ensure that it is not operated except in accordance with the instructions provided in respect of that system under paragraph (1)(a).
