Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998

30.  In rule 47.20—

(a) the text, excluding the cross-reference, stands as paragraph (1), and

(b) after paragraph (1) insert—

“(2) For the purposes of this Section, a LSC funded client or an assisted person is not a party to detailed assessment proceedings.”.
