Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as The Merchant Shipping (Survey and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 8th June 2000.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means The Merchant Shipping (Survey and Certification) Regulations 1995(1).
