The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2000

The Secretary of State for Education and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(2), 19(10)(c) and 35(1) of the Jobseekers Act 19951, and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals in respect of these Regulations need not be referred to it2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
