The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 26(2)(bb) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990M1 and sections 334(7), 335(2)(b) and (d), 3(d) and 7(b), 337(4) and (5), 338(8), 342(1)(b) and 343 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999M2 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having consulted the Lord ChancellorM3 hereby makes the following Regulations:—

M3Section 338(8) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 requires the Secretary of State to consult the Lord Chancellor before making regulations with respect to the precedure to be followed at an examination in public held under that section 338.
