Provision of certain technical assistance or training
6. Except under the authority of a written licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, no person shall provide to a person connected with Eritrea or Ethiopia any technical assistance or training related to the supply, delivery, manufacture, maintenance or use of any goods specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.
