Amendment of the principal Regulations

28.  In regulation 53(4)—

(a) the words “a copy of” shall be omitted; and

(b) after the words “regulation 54” there shall be added the words “ and following that application the chairman or, as the case may be, that member shall record a statement of the reasons and a copy of that statement shall be sent or given to every party to the proceedings as soon as may be practicable ”.
