The Orders set out in the first column of the table in Part I of Schedule 3 are revoked in so far as they apply in England to the extent set out in the third column of that table.

The Transport of Animals (Cleansing and Disinfection) (England) Order 20002 is revoked.

The Order in Part II of Schedule 3 is amended in accordance with that Part in so far as it applies in England.
