Whereas a draft of this Order in Council has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 62(9) of the Health Act 1999

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 1977

1977 c. 49; section 126(4) is applied by section 62(4) of the Health Act 1999.

and section 60 of the Health Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is thereby ordered, as follows:
