Penalties
5.—(1) A person found guilty in England or Northern Ireland of a relevant offence in respect of a contravention of, or failure to comply with, article 3(3)(b) or (4) of this Order or article 6.1 or 6.2 of Regulation 1489/97 shall be liable—
(a)on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;
(b)on conviction on indictment to a fine.
(2) A person found guilty in England or Northern Ireland of any other relevant offence shall be liable—
(a)on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £50,000;
(b)on conviction on indictment to a fine.
