The Eritrea and Ethiopia (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2000 No. 1821

Citation, commencement, operation and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Eritrea and Ethiopia (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 14th July 2000.

(2) In this Order, “the Order” means the Eritrea and Ethiopia (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2000(1).

(3) This Order shall extend to the following territories—

• Anguilla

• Bermuda

• British Antarctic Territory

• British Indian Ocean Territory

• British Virgin Islands

• Cayman Islands

• Falkland Islands

• Gibraltar

• Montserrat

• Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands

• St. Helena

• St. Helena Dependencies

• South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands

• Turks and Caicos Islands

• The UK Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia in the island of Cyprus
