4. In the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 1999 M1—E+W+S
(a)in regulation 4(6) (additional functions of local authorities), sub-paragraph (e) shall be omitted; and
(b)in regulation 6(1) (war pensions and child support), after the words “to any office" there shall be inserted the words “ of a relevant authority ”.
