15. In section 56(1) (interpretation of Part I of the 1995 Act), after paragraph (a) of the definition of “environmental licence” in relation to the Environment Agency insert—E+W
“(aa)a permit granted by the Agency under regulations under section 2 of the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999;”.
