Amendment of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 19995

In the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 199922—

a

in regulation 3(6) (revision of decisions), after “19” there shall be inserted “or 20A”;

b

in regulation 6(2)(f) (supersession of decisions), after the word “Act” there shall be added the words “or ceases to be payable or is reduced by virtue of section 20A(5) of that Act”;

c

in regulation 7(8) (date from which a decision superseded under section 10 takes effect)—

i

in sub-paragraph (a), after “19(2)” there shall be inserted the words “or 20A(3)”;

ii

in sub-paragraph (b); after “19(3)” there shall be inserted the words “or 20A(4)”.
