SCHEDULE THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL (INTERIM ORDERS COMMITTEE) (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) RULES 2000

Commencement

2.  In these Rules—

“the Committee” means the Preliminary Proceedings Committee;

“the Order” means the Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2000;

“section 42” means section 42 of the Medical Act 1983 (1).
