Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998
6. After rule 7.10, insert—
“Human Rights
7.11—(1) A claim under section 7(1)(a) of the Human Rights Act 1998(1) in respect of a judicial act may be brought only in the High Court.
(2) Any other claim under section 7(1)(a) of that Act may be brought in any court.”.
