This Order brings the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 into force on 1st March 2000, with the exception of section 13 (commencement, extent and short title), which came into force upon Royal Assent.

Sections 1 to 12 of, and the Schedule to, the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st March 2000.
