Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 19902
In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 19902 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), after paragraph (ii) there shall be inserted—

the programme known as Pollution Emergency Response Services;

the programme known as the Waste and Resources Action Programme;
ll
the Protocol on Energy Efficiency and Related Environmental Aspects to the Energy Charter Treaty;
