The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 124A(6) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
1984 c. 27; sections 124A and 142(4) were inserted by the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (c. 29), sections 272 and 292(4).
