Transitional provisions
5. In relation to applications for judicial review to which rule 30 of the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2000(1) applies (transitional provisions)—
(a)articles 3 and 4 of this Order shall have no effect; and
(b)the fees payable shall be those that applied immediately before 2nd October 2000.
