Transitional provisions5
In relation to applications for judicial review to which rule 30 of the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 20003 applies (transitional provisions)—
a
articles 3 and 4 of this Order shall have no effect; and
b
the fees payable shall be those that applied immediately before 2nd October 2000.
