The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 363(2) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985(1), as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993(2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
