(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations prescribe a new Form 363s cym, corresponding to Form 363s prescribed by the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 (S.I. 1999/2356). The form is in Welsh as well as in English, and will take effect on 2nd October 2000. It will be provided by the registrar of companies to any company with a memorandum stating that it is to be registered in Wales (as opposed to England and Wales) which notifies the registrar that it wishes to receive it instead of form 363s. Like form 363s it will be sent already partly completed from the registrar’s records, and the company will be able to return it amended and completed as necessary.
