Board of Agriculture Act 1889 (c. 30) in respect of the function exercisable by the Secretary of State by the 1978 transfer order.
Minister of Food (Financial Powers) Act 1949 (c. 15) in respect of the function exercisable by the Secretary of State by the 1978 transfer order.
Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1968 (c. 34) section 45 so far as transferred to the Secretary of State for Wales by the 1969 transfer order and the 1978 transfer order. Article 2(3) of this Order shall not have effect in relation to the functions under this section(1)
