Application
3. This Order applies to the District of York excluding the following roads:
(a)the A64 trunk road for the whole of its length in the District including all its on and off slip roads apart from the off slip road at Copmanthorpe leading to Top Lane Copmanthorpe at Top Lane Junction;
(b)the A1237 road for the whole of its length.
