Citation and Interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2 and Savings) Order 2000.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1992 Act” means the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1); and
“the 2000 Act” means the Learning and Skills Act 2000.
