5. In regulation 5 (designation of authority to co-ordinate checks under Council Regulation 3508/92), for the words “Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food" there shall be susbstituted the words “ relevant competent authority ”, and at the end there shall be inserted “ in respect of any holdings in relation to which it is the relevant competent authority ”.
