The Competition Commission Appeal Tribunal Rules 2000

The Secretary of State, after consultation with the President of the Competition Commission Appeal Tribunals in accordance with section 48(2) of the Competition Act 19981 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 48(2), (3) and (4), 49(3) and 71 of the Act and Part II of Schedule 8 to the Act hereby makes the following rules:
