Amendment of the Bank of England Act 1998I17
In section 17(3)(f) of the Bank of England Act 199828, for “Article 1 of Council Directive 92/30/EEC” there is substituted “Article 1(21) of Directive 2000/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council”.
