These Regulations revoke the Yugoslavia (Prohibition of Flights) (No. 2) Regulations 1999. Those Regulations specify the sanctions that may be imposed where a person acts contrary to certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2151/1999(1) imposing a ban on flights between the European Community and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia other than authorised flights serving Montenegro or Kosovo. That Council Regulation has been revoked by Council Regulation (EC) No. 2227/2000(2).
