Commencement
2. The following provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 shall come into force on 22nd January 2001—
(a)section 254 so far as it relates to paragraphs 1 to 18 of Schedule 21;
(b)paragraphs 1 to 18 of Schedule 21.
