Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 123(4)(j) of the Terrorism Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act”)1 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by paragraph 3(2)(b), (3) and (4)(b) of Schedule 8 to the 2000 Act, hereby makes the following Order:
