3. The Prosecution of Offences (Custody Time Limits) (Modification) Regulations 1998(1) are hereby revoked.

The Prosecution of Offences (Custody Time Limits) (Modification) Regulations 1988 (S.I. 1998/3037) modified the Prosecution of Offences (Custody Time Limits) Regulations 1987 for certain areas only so as to provide for cases where a person is sent for trial under section 51 of the 1998 Act in those areas.
