Provisions coming into force on 15th January 2001

2.  The following provisions of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 15th January 2001—

• sections 201 to 210 (and accordingly Schedule 14),

• section 222,

• section 241,

• section 250 (and accordingly Schedule 26),

• section 252, in so far as it relates to paragraph 50 of Schedule 27, and

• section 274, in so far as it relates to the repeal (in Schedule 31) of sections 7(10) and 113 of the Railways Act 1993(1).
