The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1, 10(1)(a) and (c) and (2), 11, 29(2)(b), 35(1), 76(3) and 83(2) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Animal Health Act 19811, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
