Infraco BCV Limited, or

Infraco Sub-Surface Limited.

Any contract made during the initial period for the provision of any of the following services to London Underground Ltd, being a contract which transfers rights and liabilities under a contract of employment.

The services are—
a
services required in connection with the development and management of commercial property;
b
services required in connection with automated retail vending;
c
the gathering, processing or dissemination of information required in connection with engineering or other projects.

In this paragraph “the initial period” means the period beginning with the date on which this Order is made and ending with 31st March 2002.
