SCHEDULE DESIGNATED CODES OF PRACTICE

1.  The Code on Fairness and Privacy issued by the Broadcasting Standards Commission in June 1998 pursuant to sections 107 and 108 of the Broadcasting Act 1996(1).

2.  The ITC Programme Code issued by the Independent Television Commission in Autumn 1998 pursuant to section 7 of the Broadcasting Act 1990(2).

3.  The Code of Practice published by the Press Complaints Commission in December 1997.

4.  The Producers' Guidelines issued by the British Broadcasting Corporation in November 1996.

5.  The Programme Code issued by the Radio Authority in March 1998 pursuant to section 91 of the Broadcasting Act 1990.
