The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 41 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 19841, section 415 of the Insolvency Act 19862, and section 128 of the Finance Act 19903, with the concurrence of the Treasury under section 41 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, and with the sanction of the Treasury under section 415(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, makes the following Order:
