Monitoring of enforcement action, etc.: consequential provisions
11. The definition of “relevant legislation” in section 15(1) of the 1999 Act shall have effect as if the references in sub-paragraph (a) to the provisions of regulations or orders made under the 1990 Act included references to the provisions (so far as they relate to England and Wales) of the Regulations made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1) specified in Schedule 9 to these Regulations.
