The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 199514 shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 3.

The Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 199515 shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 3.

The Food Safety (Fishery Products and Live Shellfish) (Hygiene) Regulations 199816 shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part III of Schedule 3.
