Regulations relating to food irradiation and novel foods: consequential provisions

8.—(1) The Food (Control of Irradiation) Regulations 1990(1) shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 6.

(2) The Novel Foods and Novel Food Ingredients Regulations 1997(2) shall be modified, in relation to England, in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 6.

(3) The Novel Foods and Novel Food Ingredients (Fees) Regulations 1997(3) shall be modifed, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part III of Schedule 6.
