These Regulations provide for winter fuel payments to be made out of the social fund to persons who, in the third week of September in any year—

The Social Fund Winter Fuel Payment Regulations 1998 M1, the Social Fund Winter Fuel Payment Amendment Regulations 1998 M2 and the Social Fund Winter Fuel Payment Amendment Regulations 1999 M3 are hereby revoked.
