Exclusion from Community Legal Service work9
With effect from 1st April 2000, the exclusion from legal aid work before that date of any barrister by virtue of section 42 of the Administration of Justice Act 198513 or of any solicitor by virtue of section 47(2) of the Solicitors Act 197414 shall also take effect as an exclusion from providing funded services.
