Commencement of provisions2.
(1)
Subject to the adaptation in article 3, paragraph 4 of Schedule 27 to the Act shall come into force on 30th March 2000.
(2)
The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of the Schedule shall come into force (where applicable, to the extent specified in the second column)–
(a)
on 1st April 2000, in relation to the provisions specified in Part 1;
(b)
on 8th May 2000, in relation to the provisions specified in Part 2;
(c)
on 3rd July 2000, in relation to the provisions specified in Part 3.
(3)
Sections 383 and 384 of the Act shall come into force on 1st October 2000.
