LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSION, ENGLAND AND WALES

These Regulations amend Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice Act 1999 in order to provide that:the provision of advocacy in respect of certain immigration proceedings may be funded as part of the Community Legal Service; andadvocacy in respect of proceedings under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which are to be funded as part of the Criminal Defence Service is excluded from such funding.
