Amendments to Social Security RegulationsE+W+S
17.—(1) In regulation 4A(1) of the Claims and Payments Regulations M1, after the words “to any office" there shall be inserted the words “ of a relevant authority ”.
(2) In regulation 6(1) of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 1999 M2 for the words “Part I or II of Schedule 1 to these Regulations" there shall be substituted the words “ paragraph (3) ”.
