Amendments to Social Security Regulations
17.—(1) In regulation 4A(1) of the Claims and Payments Regulations(1), after the words “to any office” there shall be inserted the words “ of a relevant authority”.
(2) In regulation 6(1) of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 1999(2) for the words “Part I or II of Schedule 1 to these Regulations ” there shall be substituted the words “paragraph (3)”.
