In regulation 70 (further review of determinations)–
a
in paragraph (3) for the words “Subject to paragraph (4)", there shall be substituted the words “
Subject to paragraphs (4) and (6)
”

after paragraph (5), there shall be added the following paragraph–

A determination or a decision that a person did or did not take part in a work-focused interview and if he did not whether he had good cause for not doing so, shall not be reviewed by a Review Board.
