8. In section 86 of the Post Office Act 1969 (Interpretation of Part III)(1), in the definition of “national health service authority”, in paragraph (a), for “or a Special Health Authority” there is substituted, “ , a Special Health Authority or a Primary Care Trust”.

1969 c. 48. Paragraph (a) of the definition of “national health service authority” in section 86 was amended by the 1973 Act, Schedule 4, paragraph 130 and the 1995 Act, Schedule 1, paragraph 96.
